In 2019, we started with a simple mission: to bring the warmth of European kitchens to our local streets. Growing up surrounded by recipes that filled homes with love, we wanted to capture that same feeling—where meals aren’t just food, but comfort, memory, and tradition.
Our truck is more than a kitchen on wheels—it’s a little piece of Europe parked right around the corner. At Euro Bites, we believe food should
be both soulful and satisfying. That’s why every dish we serve is inspired by the timeless flavors of Europe. Whether it’s our fresh, handcrafted Pierogi, hearty Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes, decadent Belgian pearl sugar waffles and crêpes , or our wide selection of tasty sandwiches and pastas, you’ll taste the care in every bite.
